You have 14 days from the delivery to start the return process.
Please note that exchanges are not possible. You will need to process a return and make a new purchase, either online or in-store, if the size is not suitable.
Items such as socks, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and health protection reasons.
If you are sending the product back, make sure to protect it with a box or external wrapping. Do not use the original box if the item is footwear.

Free Return in Store:
If you are in Barcelona, Madrid, or Dubai, you can drop off your return at any of our stores. You will receive a receipt, and the return will be handled free of charge. The refund will be processed once the goods arrive at our central warehouses.
EU+ UK Purchases
Return via InPost Drop-off Point:
Note: This method may not be available in some countries. Check your options on MySVD when starting the return process.

- Click on the order.
- Select the items you wish to return.
- Make the payment.
- A virtual label will be generated.
- Drop off your package (see all available drop-off points here).
- Show the label at the office from your mobile, and they will handle the process.
- We advise you to keep the return receipt or note the tracking number to monitor progress and get faster assistance if needed.
Send the Product Back Yourself :

- Print the form and include it in the package to help us locate your order and process the return. If you don't have a printer, place a sheet with the details inside the box.

- The cost and management of the shipment are borne by the customer. You can choose the shipping company and service you prefer. Compare different shipping options via this link.
- UK customers: In addition to the instructions stated in our Returns page about using a tracked courier service, please make sure the provider knows this is a return of an item and not a new shipping.
- Please ensure customs and import charges are covered, especially if you will be using carriers like Royal Mail, for example

- The cost and management of shipping for returns are borne by the customer. For this reason, you can choose the company and service you prefer for the shipment of the products. They will generate and provide you with the label to our address.
