You can return the item to any of our physical stores within 14 natural days of receiving your order. We will cover the free shipping of your return to our logistics center for review and processing. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. In-store, you will only receive a deposit receipt.
Remember that both the product and its packaging (plastic bag for clothing, shoe box) must be in perfect condition, including labels.
Although not mandatory, we recommend bringing the completed return form to the store to expedite the process.
