What happens if a payment fails?
When a payment attempt fails, the amount is automatically refunded to the card or PayPal account used in the transaction. This process is automatic and does not require any additional actions. If the pre-authorization does not clear on its own, we suggest contacting your bank or financial institution. They can provide you with an estimated date of when the withheld funds will be released and confirm if any additional action is necessary.
Completing the purchase using AppleID

Have you been debited twice for the same order?
Some banks temporarily hold funds as part of the pre-authorization process. If the pre-authorization does not clear on its own, we suggest contacting your bank for an estimated release date of the withheld funds.
