Any size or model you wish to change requires a return and the placing of a new order. We will always process the return of the items that you do not want to keep, and we will refund the amount you paid through the same payment method you used in your purchase. Alternatively, if you have the chance, head to one of our stores in Madrid or Barcelona. Our colleagues will be able to handle your return and process a new order immediately. If the store has the item you want in stock, you can pick it up the same day. If not, the new item will be sent directly to the address you provided.
