In order to proceed with the deactivation and closure of your SVD account you must contact our Support Team attaching your ID or passport with the application.
Bear in mind that you can cover all data from your ID or Passport, the only information that is mandatory to be visible is your full name.
This document is required only to verify that the identity of the person making the request owns the account. We understand that this request may be somewhat invasive but it is essential to comply with the Data Protection Act. If you prefer, you can partially cover the data that you consider to be sensitive, as long as we can identify you as the owner of the account (the name, for example, must be visible).
In case you prefer, you have the option to make this request in writing, attaching a copy of your ID card or passport, to SVD, Proudlaces, S. L. C/Maracaibo 5, 08030. Barcelona, Spain
Once we receive the documentation we will proceed with the deactivation and closure of the account and the deletion of the data it contains, except for the orders placed, since for tax reasons they must remain in our system for a minimum of 3 years. We will send you a confirmation email after completing the deletion of your account and data.
